These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bagh1 ("bagh1", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bagh1 website located at https://bagh1.io and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through the platform.

By accessing the bagh1 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bagh1 platform and close your account.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bagh1 account. This responsibility includes all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawals made, and all communications sent through your account, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by another person who accessed your account.

You must keep your bagh1 login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. bagh1 strongly recommends that you enable SMS-based OTP verification as an additional security layer for your account.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify bagh1 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bagh1 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but will not be liable for losses incurred prior to that notification being received and acted upon.

bagh1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for routine security checks, verification purposes, or in response to unusual betting patterns. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, or process withdrawals. bagh1 will endeavour to resolve all suspensions in a timely manner and will communicate with the affected player via their registered email address.

All financial transactions on the bagh1 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bagh1 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently supported:

Withdrawals are processed subject to successful account identity verification. First-time withdrawals require the completion of a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at bagh1's discretion.

bagh1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Funds deposited into your bagh1 account must be used for betting and gaming purposes. bagh1 does not function as a payment processor or financial intermediary. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gaming activity may be considered a misuse of the platform and may trigger an account review.

bagh1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time each offer is presented. The general principles governing all bagh1 bonuses are set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bagh1 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the platform.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are clearly displayed at a level materially different from their true market value due to a technical fault — bagh1 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds. Players will be notified and their stakes returned.
• bagh1 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or player account at its sole discretion. Bet limits may be applied without prior notice.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and are processed in the order they are received. bagh1 cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets due to the fast-changing nature of live markets.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any bagh1 product to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

bagh1's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bagh1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bagh1 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the bagh1 website.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the bagh1 platform following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall take precedence in all cases.
